A: We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@hubreeze.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need
to make any changes. After that the order may already be processing and we may not be able to modify it.

of receiving your order and we'll make it right — no hassle, no stress.
Q: How do I start a return?

with return instructions.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we confirm your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. We handle
all returns and issues on a case by case basis. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description — we'll
replace it or refund you immediately, no return shipping required. Contact us at support@hubreeze.com with your order number and
a photo and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
Q: What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
A: We're so sorry if that happened! Email us at support@hubreeze.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number and
we'll send you a replacement immediately at no charge.

with any electronic device, we recommend adult supervision for children under 8.
Q: What's the difference between a regular fan and an ice cooling fan?
A: A regular fan just moves air around. Our ice cooling fans use advanced cooling technology to actively lower the temperature of
